Serbian Chamber of Commerce President Marko Cadez has said in New Delhi that the focus of Serbia's pavilion at the India AI Impact Summit 2026 is the national AI platform and national LLM - large language model, which is necessary for the full application of artificial intelligence.
Cadez, who is part of a state and business delegation led by Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic on a working visit to India, underscored that having one's own LLM was key for the application of AI in business processes and predictive analysis, the Chamber said in a release published on its website.
"If the state wants to use artificial intelligence to predict diseases which may break out in certain parts of the country in certain periods, in order to plan medicine consumption and the like, it needs to have its own language model," Cadez explained. He recalled that, thanks to investments made during the past decade, Serbia had built the national Data Center platform, capable of collecting and processing large quantities of data.
"We have two supercomputers and soon, through an agreement with France, a third one will arrive, on which the national language model will function," said Cadez.
