The leader of the ruling coalition in Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic, does not dare for the time being to make a more radical move in order to stamp out the several-month rebellion in the country, rather he is leaving the impression of someone who has opted for the tactic of waiting for the energy of the rebelling students and other citizens to die down. Although the rebellion is still alive, the blockade of public broadcaster RTS shows that the protesting students lack a clear idea of what to do next, which means that Vucic’s chances of coming out of the crisis as the winner are increasing.
