A Seasoned Diplomat and Tough Negotiator
Skender Hiseni, the newly-appointed coordinator for the dialog between Serbia and Kosovo, is a politician with a wealth of diplomatic experience and good political connections both in Kosovo and internationally.
Premier Avdullah Hoti appointed Hiseni to the post on July 21. A day after that he described Hiseni as a man “who will speak for the premier.”
