Serb Ticket party president Goran Rakic, who is minister of communities and returns in the Kosovo cabinet, is one of the Kosovo Serbs’ leading representatives. Rakic’s power, however, is based primarily on the support of Belgrade and Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic’s Serbian Progressive Party.
