The leader of the conservative People’s Party and a former Serbian foreign minister, Vuk Jeremic, has been one of the leading opposition politicians in the country for years. His public appearances over the past few weeks have been marked by attacks on Freedom and Justice Party leader Dragan Djilas, who has until recently been his coalition partner. Jeremic is accusing Djilas of acting arrogantly toward the partners in their coalition United Serbia, including setting ultimatums and making decisions without consulting others.
