Philosopher and writer Tomislav Zigmanov, the leader of Vojvodina’s Croat community, will be minister of human and minority rights and social dialogue in the new Serbian cabinet. This will make Zigmanov the first Croat representative to be included in Serbia’s cabinet since a multi-party system was introduced in 1990. Zigmanov is also the biggest surprise in the cabinet despite Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic announcing such a possibility in previous months.
