Branko Ruzic (BETAPHOTO/MILOS MISKOV)
Serbian Minister of Education Branko Ruzic announced on May 7 that he had submitted his resignation to Prime Minister Ana Brnabic following a deadly shooting in Belgrade’s Vladislav Ribnikar primary school. Ruzic, a vice-president of the Socialist Party of Serbia, resigned under public pressure, following some of his statements about the attack in the school on May 3.
