Smiljan Banjac, an experienced journalist, has been in the spotlight for months as the moderator of the „Serbia Against Violence“ civic campaign, regularly addressing the protesters. Banjac, a sports commentator and a radio show host, has for years been a strong critic of Aleksandar Vucic’s government and negative trends the opposition is ascribing to the current regime.
