Former Serb Ticket vice-president Milan Radoicic, who was the key actor in last year’s armed clash in the village of Banjska, has found himself in the limelight again for a photograph of him in a restaurant during a meeting with Serbian ambassador to Washington Marko Djuric. The photograph of him and Radoicic, who is under U.S. and British sanctions for his involvement in corruption and organized crime, has been used to discredit Djuric, who is poised to assume another top position after he wraps up his ambassadorship.
