Bosnia and Herzegovina’s Foreign Minister Elmedin Konakovic, whose name some media outlets have linked to one of the world’s largest drug cartels, tried to dispel the allegations over the last weeks by aggressive comments concerning a draft resolution on genocide in Srebrenica submitted to the U.N. General Assembly for adoption.
