Hospital
56 people died from the consequences of the coronavirus infection in Serbia in the past 24 hours, raising the total number of fatalities to 2,172, it was announced on Dec. 10.
According to information announced by the Institute for Public Health, 21,799 people were tested and the presence of the virus was confirmed in 7,393 cases.
There are 8,594 covid patients currently being treated in hospitals, 323 on ventilators.
A total of 249,224 people have contracted the disease since the start of the epidemic.
