37 People Die of COVID-19 in Serbia, 1,966 Newly Infected

A total of 37 people died of COVID-19 in the last 24 hours, bringing the death toll to 3,325, the authorities announced on Jan. 3.

According to the Serbian Institute of Public Health, 7,573 people were tested, of whom 1,966 were positive. Out of 7,631 patients currently hospitalized 265 are on ventilators.

Since the outbreak of the pandemic, 2,320,434 people have been tested in Serbia of whom 343,870  were found to be positive.
