Kosovo Defense Minister Armend Mehaj said on Sept. 15 that U.S. marines were training Kosovo's military police in the Pristina barracks.
Mehaj wrote on Facebook that the U.S. marines were instructing Kosovo military police in how to neutralize an active shooter and stop high-risk traffic.
The marines are also showing Kosovo's military police how to use non-lethal weapons and how to conduct hostage negotiations and free hostages.
