The Environmental Protection Agency reported on Dec. 28 that the concentration of ammonia in the air was below the upper limit for atmospheric ammonia, the Ministry for Environmental Protection quoted the Agency’s report.
The Ministry said that the ammonia levels had dropped, and that sulphur dioxide was not found in excessive concentrations either.
A cargo train carrying ammonia was derailed in a village near Pirot on Dec. 25, causing a serious ammonia leak.
