On Jan. 31, Serbian Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic starts his three-day visit to Washington, where he will be meeting with several local officials and attend the annual National Prayer Breakfast.
Dacic is also scheduled to talk with Derek Chollet, a senior policy advisor to the secretary of state, and Gabriel Escobar, the deputy assistant secretary overseeing policy towards Western Balkan countries, according to a release from the Serbian Foreign Ministry.
On Feb. 2, the last day of his stay in Washington, Dacic will attend the National Prayer Breakfast, which is traditionally held on the first Thursday of February and is designed to assemble the U.S. president, Congress members, other political representatives, and international guests who pray together.
Dacic has earlier attended the event in the capacity of the Serbian first deputy prime minister and the prime minister.
