The ruling Serbian Progressive Party will "in about 10 days" come out with a nomination for prime minister-designate, party leader and Defense Minister Milos Vucevic said on March 8.
He told Prva TV that he believed this time that "will go faster than before."
Vucevic also said the Progressive party would run in new elections in a broader format and that it had invited all parties who "see Serbia as an independent and free state" to form a wide political front.
Speaking of elections for the Belgrade Assembly, Vucevic said they should be held as soon as possible "because Belgrade has been losing a lot since it got a temporary governing body."
