Kosovo Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj said on March 9 that "Kosovo has never been more ready to resume dialog with Serbia with one voice and to contribute to good neighborly relations, peace, and stability."
"This unity is all the more important after the adoption of the platform for the talks and the Dialog Act," Haradinaj wrote on Facebook, after a meeting with U.S. Undersecretary of State David Hale.
Haradinaj invited Serbia "come back to the negotiating table, and to discuss all open issues, including free trade," with a view to reaching "an agreement resulting in recognition within existing borders."
