Russian Ambassador to Serbia Alexander Botsan-Kharchenko on Dec. 29 said that the first shipment of Russian Covid-19 vaccines would be delivered to Serbia “by the end of the year,” or in two days.

In a meeting with Interior Minister Aleksandar Vulin, the Russian ambassador thanked the Serbian police officers engaged in the rescue of Russian nationals stranded in snow near Mt. Zlatibor this week.

The Russian ambassador also met with Defense Minister Nebojsa Stefanovic to discuss bilateral cooperation in the field of defense. He underlined the importance of the participation of representatives of the Defense Ministry and the Serbian Army at the Ninth Moscow Conference on International Security and the International Army Games 2021 in Russia.
