The Movement for the Restoration of the Kingdom of Serbia assessed on May 14 that the visit to Serbia of the president of the European Council, Antonio Costa, who did not mention the students’ protests throughout his visit, proved the party’s belief that the European Union was among those principally responsible for the difficult situation in Serbia “because they have put in power and are supporting dictator Aleksandar Vucic.”
“The absence of justice, freedom and values of the civilized world in Serbia apparently does not bother the EU while Aleksandar Vucic is in power and as long as he obediently fulfills its political and economic orders – all against Serbian interests,” the president of the Movement, Vojislav Mihailovic, declared in a statement.
In his words, even the greatest Euro-fanatics have by now realized that “the EU is a community of interest, not of values.” “It is now obvious to everyone that tales about a color revolution in Serbia are pure fiction, because the EU is supporting the regime and opposing the students’ demands for early elections. The only person with colors here is the country’s president – all the colors, but mostly those of the EU, U.S. and the multi-colored,” Mihailovic said.
