Djuro Macut (PrtScr: Pink)
Serbian Prime Minister Djuro Macut said on Oct. 26 that "the European future of Serbia is not just a political goal, but a guarantee of further development, progress and a better life for citizens."
"The visit to London and participation in the Berlin Process Summit were exceptionally important to Serbia because we had the opportunity to present our positions and priorities in regional cooperation clearly," Macut told the Politika daily in an interview. He stressed that "Serbia is today a factor of stability and reliable partner in the region, which our European interlocutors have recognized too."
"The Berlin Process is an important framework for strengthening economic ties, infrastructural connecting and improving conditions for youth to remain in their countries," Macut said.
He went on to say that, "in times of global challenges, a stable region and open dialogue are Europe's best message, which we too have sent with our presence at the conference in London."
