Bosnia and Herzegovina’s local elections, held on Oct. 6, left the largest nationalist parties – Milorad Dodik’s Alliance of Independent Social Democrats, Bakir Izetbegovic’s Party of Democratic Action (SDA) and Dragan Covic’s Croatian Democratic Union of Bosnia and Herzegovina – at the helm of most of the country’s municipalities and cities.
