U.S. President Donald Trump’s special envoy Richard Grenell and a delegation headed by the CEO of the International Development Finance Corporation (DFC), Adam Boehler, visited Pristina on Sept. 21 and Belgrade on Sept. 22. The visit happened just about 15 days after Serbia and Kosovo penned an economic cooperation agreement at the White House. Through the visit Washington showed both sides that it believes an important step had been made and that it expects to see concrete results in the near future. That fact also proves that the agreement has a pronounced political, rather than just economic weight.
