The latest political project launched by a Serb member of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Milorad Dodik, has created new dividing lines and raised tensions in the Serb entity. What’s worse, Dodik’s initiative, supported by neither Serbia, nor Russia or the Srpska opposition, might constitute a serious threat to the entity.
