Serbia’s top officials have tried to present to the public at home the latest European Commission report on the country’s progress on the path to the European Union as extremely positive. The reality, however, is quite different, given that Serbia has not received a higher mark for its level of preparation in any of the negotiation chapters compared to the previous year.
