Montenegro’s political and institutional crisis should end soon with a new pro-European minority government in place under the Civic Movement URA leader, Dritan Abazovic. The new cabinet should be presented by the end of the week, a month and a half after President Milo Djukanovic appointed Abazovic as prime minister-designate. The Parliament of Montenegro is expected to endorse it by the end of April.
