Last week’s continuation of the trial of former state secretary of the Interior Ministry, Dijana Hrkalovic, once again showed that the entire process is unfolding in the shadow of high politics. Fierce opponents from the leadership of the ruling Serbian Progressive Party, attorney and MP Vladimir Djukanovic and Defense Minister Nebojsa Stefanovic, found themselves in the “starring” roles.
