Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic apparently wasn’t joking when he announced three weeks ago that the march that was to be held in downtown Belgrade on Sept. 17 as part of EuroPride would not take place, even if he were pressured by the U.S., Russian and Ukrainian presidents themselves – Joseph Biden, Vladimir Putin and Volodymyr Zelensky, respectively.
