The European Union’s proposal for the normalization of Belgrade–Pristina relations, also known as the Franco-German plan, will continue to cause divisions among political stakeholders in Serbia, seeing as some political parties are demanding that the authorities reject it unconditionally, while others think it should be accepted. Neither those who are for nor those who are against it know what the exact content of the latest version of the plan is, which representatives of the EU, the U.S., Germany, France, and Italy discussed with Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic in Belgrade on Jan. 20.
