A Genuine Intent, or a Bluff?

Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic made another promise last week to withdraw as the president of the Serbian Progressive Party. Unlike a string of similar announcements he had made before, Vucic offered a specific date this time, May 27, when a party conference had been scheduled to take place. It doesn’t mean that he’ll deliver on his latest promise though. Even if late in May he ceases being the president of the Progressive party, he will certainly continue to run the party and make key decisions.
