The campaign for the upcoming elections in Serbia, scheduled for Dec. 17, is very lukewarm and almost unnoticeable, which is why over the past several days it has been overshadowed by farmers’ protests and the strike of employees of state postal service Posta Srbije. Representatives of the authorities, spearheaded by President Aleksandar Vucic, have been saying that those expressions of dissatisfaction were political in nature, but such claims are unfounded.
