Novelist, playwright and former Serbia and Montenegro’s ambassador to Norway, Vida Ognjenovic is one of the main actors in the latest in-fighting in the Democratic Party.
Ognjenovic was picked on June 21 as president of an organizational committee for inner party elections announced by a faction that opposes party president Zoran Lutovac. Lutovac and the party officials who support him say that the election will be illegal.
