Serbian Minister of Construction, Transportation and Infrastructure Goran Vesic has been politically active for many years now, but for most of that time he acted in the shadows, as a member of the Democratic Party. He became more publicly present only after his transfer to the Serbian Progressive Party and taking of top offices in the Belgrade administration. Over the past few weeks, he has been in the public spotlight as the proposer of controversial amendments to the Law on Planning and Construction.
