Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic said on July 15 that the issue of missing and displaced persons and economic ties would be discussed with Kosovo's delegation in Brussels, on July 16.

"We are prepared for the talks, and as I can see from media reports in Pristina, they are getting ready as well. We are trying to do what we can do, and we'll fight, that's all I can say. Our goal is to fight for the interests of Serbia and the Serbian people," Vucic said to reporters.

Speaking about the beginning of consultations leading to a new Serbian cabinet, President Vucic said that earlier that day he had met with representatives of the Alliance of Vojvodina's Hungarians and the candidates led by Muamer Zukorlic, describing the talks as fair.

Vucic explained he had listened to all suggestions and wishes, and that in the next 10 to 15 days he would meet with them again to present a new cabinet make-up.
