The Serbian Health Ministry announced on Sept. 30 that 72 new coronavirus cases were registered in Serbia in the past 24 hours, among the 6,561 tested people.
The announcement on the Ministry's web-site reads that there were no fatalities from consequences of the infection with the virus in that period.
Among the 269 people who are being treated in hospitals, 21 are on ventilators.
Since the start of the coronavirus epidemic in Serbia, 1,134,239 people have been tested, 33,551 have tested positive for the virus, while 749 people have died.
