There were 1,046 newly infected with the coronavirus in Serbia in the past 24 hours, out of 12,405 tested people, while 17 died from the consequences of the infection.
According to information the Ministry of Health announced on May 12, there are 3,492 patients currently being treated in hospitals, 104 of them on ventilators.
According to official figures, 703,497 people have tested positive for the coronavirus since the start of the epidemic in Serbia and 6,611 have died from covid-19.
