European Parliament envoy for Kosovo Viola Von Cramon said in Pristina on June 29 that she discussed the Kosovo-Serbian dialog at a meeting with Kosovo Premier Albin Kurti and that she had voiced the hope that "the two sides' stances will grow closer in the next several months."
Asked whether there was any discussion on the founding of a community of Serb majority municipalities, she said that "we discussed the dialog as a whole."
"We talked about the dialog, but did not focus on any concrete questions. I hope that we will see both sides' stance grow nearer in the coming weeks and months," Von Cramon told reporters.
As for the liberalization of the EU's visa regime for Kosovo citizens she said that Kosovo had met all of the criteria and that the question would be placed on the agenda when Germany ascended the EU chair.
She added that the EU had not done its job and was losing credibility on this issue. "It is time that the EU does its job. The conditions have been met and Kosovo must get liberalization," she said.
