Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic stated on June 15 that he had told the representatives of the Quint that Belgrade was ready to offer all the recordings and evidence proving that the three Kosovo police members were arrested deep in the territory of central Serbia, not in Kosovo.
After a meeting with Slovenian President Natasa Pirc Musar, Vucic said that he had offered the recordings of all activities of the military and police, because there was no reason to hide anything. “We have also offered the persons who performed the arrest. Let them [Quint] bring their polygraph specialists and ask them two questions: whether they participated in the arrest and whether the arrest took place in central Serbia or in Kosovo. None of them refused,” Vucic said.
He added that Serbian security forces never crossed the administrative line because they were given such orders, and that KFOR could verify this. Vucic said that he appealed on the representatives of the Quint to “bring to reason” Pristina and those politicians in Kosovo who desire conflict, and explain them that peace would be better.
Commenting on his meeting with the Slovenian president, Vucic said that relations between the two countries were very good, especially in economy, with trade reaching the amount of EUR2 billion, which makes Slovenia a very important trade partner of Serbia.
