Serbian PM Gives Main Address at Government Service Forum in Dubai

On Feb. 13, Serbian Prime Minister Ana Brnabic opened the sixth edition of Government Service Forum at the World Government Summit in Dubai, the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

In a separate release, Brnabic said she had met with Mike Sicilia, executive vice president of American multinational computer technology company Oracle, to discuss the so far cooperation and the first “Oracle cloud” regional center in Southeastern Europe, located in the State Data Center in Kragujevac. 

Earlier, Brnabic attended the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between Serbia and the UAE concerning development and application of artificial intelligence.

The Serbian prime minister is visiting the UAE, where she attended the opening of the World Government Summit on Feb. 12. On the sidelines, she has met with several officials, including the UAE artificial intelligence minister, the prime ministers of Cuba, Egypt and Sierra Leone, and the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) secretary general

The sixth edition of the Government Service Forum has gathered globally known leaders in the public and private sectors to discuss the future of government services, while exploring topics such as increased expectations of citizens, new technology and innovations shaping government services.
