Market research experts claim that Montenegro is among the three most sought-after European destinations for South African investors.
For the said investors who invest in property abroad the “most interesting” are also Portugal and Malta, according to media reports.
Montenegro is ready to join the European Union and anyone who is buying property now will probably gain a considerable profit if the country becomes an EU member, head of the Sable International company Andrew Rissik underscored.
To apply for the Montenegrin economic citizenship program, applicants from South Africa must invest in approved projects in the country, while the advantages of investment include obtaining citizenship, entail the possibility of living, working or studying in Montenegro or traveling visa-free to more than 120 states.
