On Sept. 11, the City of Belgrade announced the sale of Sava Centar again, this time for an asking price of EUR21.9m.
All participants in the sale will be required to deposit EUR2,193,600. The total asking price for the center is EUR21,936,000.
The buyer will have the obligation of paying the full price for the building and performing of construction and other works on the building’s adaption worth no less than EUR50,000,000 over the next five years, the City of Belgrade said on its website.
The public unsealing of the offers will be held at 3 p.m. at the Belgrade administration building at 1 Kraljice Marije street on Sept. 25, 2020. In August, the city tried to sell the center for EUR27.4m.
