Telecommunications company Mtel Banja Luka has acquired Elta-Kabel Doboj, one of the biggest cable and internet providers in Republika Srpska (RS). “Based on a contract on the sale and transfer of a 100-percent stake in Elta-Kabel Doboj, the change of the ownership structure in Elta-Kabel has been entered in the Register of Business Entities.” Thereby, Mtel Banja Luka has secured 100-percent ownership of Elta-Kabel Doboj, according to a release on Mtel’s website.
