Gorenje Sells Factory in Stara Pazova

Gorenje Stara Pazova

The Gorenje Group has sold a factory for manufacturing water heaters called Gorenje Tiki from Stara Pazova to the Swedish Nibe Industrier company. 

This information was posted by the Slovenian manufacturer of home appliances on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange. “We have signed a contract on selling 100 percent of Gorenje Tiki d.o.o. shares to the Nibe Industrier AB company one of the key players on the European market for electric water heaters,” a Gorenje Group statement carried by the media, said. 

Gorenje Tiki, which was founded in 1951, since when it has operated as part of the Gorenje Group, has annual revenues of EUR35m and holds a strong position in eastern Europe. It sells its products in over 40 countries chiefly Ukraine, Germany, Austria, Slovenia and Russia.
