Having entered the second round of Montenegro’s presidential election, a deputy to the president of the Europe Now Movement, Jakov Milatovic, is very likely to become the country’s next president and one of the youngest European leaders. Milatovic, who in just a few years travelled the road from a low-profile economist at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) to a Montenegrin political star, is a top pick for Montenegrin president in the race ending on April 2, in which he will be facing the incumbent, Milo Djukanovic.
