Forty-Eight People Die of Coronavirus in Serbia, 1,980 Newly Infected

Over the past 24 hours 1,980 new cases of the coronavirus were registered out of 15,248 tested people, while 48 people died of the disease, a Dec. 2 official statement said.

According to the Ministry of Health, 3,798 people have been hospitalized while 177 are on ventilators.

Since the outbreak of the epidemic, according to official information, 1,259,005 people were diagnosed with the disease, while the total death toll is 11,792.
