A group of activists displayed a Palestinian flag on a motorway overpass in Belgrade on Sept. 11, with a banner reading “People of Serbia and Albania Say No to Genocide. Free Palestine.”
“A group of activists displayed the flag of Palestine over the E-75 motorway in the morning, with a banner of Belgrade and Tirana’s joint resistance to the sycophantic policy of support to the murderous authorities in Tel Aviv,” stated the group called Support to the People of Palestine Serbia.
Isaac Herzog is the second president of Israel to visit Serbia, with his visit coming at the height of Israel’s war against Hamas in the Gaza Strip.
