Students of the Nis School of Electronics chose in a referendum to continue occupying the school, the Nis University's Informal Group of Students announced on June 19.
The statement said that 885 students voted in the referendum of whom 713 or 80.56 percent voted to continue the blockade. A total of 166 students or 18.76 percent voted to stop the blockade. There were six invalid votes.
"The students of the School of Electronics are not giving up even after six months of the blockade. On toward new victories. Together, united and in solidarity until all of the demands are met," the statement said.
The only school which is now longer occupied is the School of Medicine. Compensatory classes are being held online by the other schools.
