Kosovo Premier Albin Kurti will meet with French President Emmanuel Macron in Paris on March 27 and present two requests, one of which is "very dangerous," Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic has said in Belgrade and called on all world leaders "not to play around with that."

In an appearance on a show on Prva TV late on March 26, Vucic said that Kurti would ask Macron that NATO leave the ground safety zone in northern Kosovo, and that France support the request so that Pristina "could bring the so-called Kosovo Security Force to the ground safety zone," which he described as a "very dangerous" request.

"I hope no one in NATO is even thinking about supporting such a request, I am sure my friend Macron will not even think to support it. That would be a direct attack on peace, on our population, on all of Serbia, and I am almost certain it will not happen," said Vucic.

Vucic went on to say that Kurti would also ask Macron that the French set conditions for Serbia on how to use its weapons, i.e. that they must never be used against Albanians.

The Serbian president said the Belgrade authorities "have people in Kurti's entourage" and had gotten his agenda for the talk with Macron.
