Serbia 91st Country in World According to Corruption Perception Index

Serbia Ranks 91st out of 180 countries in the world with a corruption perception index of 39 which hasn't changed since last year, according to the Transparency International organization on Jan. 23.

In the past year Serbia was 87th on the global list.

In 2017 Serbia had an index of 41, 42 in 2016, and 49 in 2015.

In the TI's latest report Serbia has an index of 39  which is the same as in 2012.

Serbia shares 91st position on the list with Turkey which also has an index of 39.

Zero is a high level of corruption while an index of 100 signifies the absence of corruption.

On the global level, New Zealand and Denmark have the best results and share first place with an index of 87 followed by Finland with 86. Somalia is last on the list with an index of 9.
