The Republic Directorate for Property and the republic health insurance fund have offered to sell the Nova Varos Zlatar complex for a starting price of EUR2.3m, a Oct. 9 statement said.
Zlatar is a complex of facilities spanning nearly 12,300 square meters. The spa is intended for prevention, healing and rehabilitating persons with cardiovascular problems.
It consists of over 11 hectares of land. The complex is being sold by collecting written offers while the deadline for sending offers is Oct. 26.
