The Government of Montenegro was reshuffled last week, nine months after it was formed. Milojko Spajic’s new cabinet, generally described as rightist and populist, now includes pro-Russian and pro-Serbian parties from the coalition For the Future of Montenegro. This was quite expected, but the Bosniak Party has joined, too, a minority party that was a traditional ally to the now opposition Democratic Party of Socialists.
